This untouched equine focused property runs along Beaver Creek in a spectacular coulee of rare native grasslands, with cliffs and willow featuring a heard of horses that are able to run and graze freely. There are approximately 16 horses on site at any given time, four of which are film set ready horses that can ride in extreme conditions (who have guest starred in Heartland). There is wind, prairie storm clouds, sun, distant wind turbines at one end, distant Rocky Mountains, nearby Porcupine Hills, there are many possible angles show a pristine landscape without power lines or wind turbines. The farm has a house / shop combination building with a small unique house, and a very nicely finished horse/multipurpose area (32 by 34 feet) with a cathedral ceiling.
