By listing your space on Location Base, it will be available for film and photography creatives to hire.

You choose which bookings you accept and there is no charge for listing your property with us. When each shoot is complete, we deduct 15% from the total location fee for our services. We will always work at getting you the best location fee and be transparent regarding the production’s budget. It will be entirely up to you if you want to work with them.

If a party is interested in your location, they will submit an Inquiry through the website with the details of their project. We will then review their Inquiry and connect with you via email. Please respond within 12 hours, but sooner is better.
