Located in Railtown’s industrial district, this venue is one of Vancouver’s few remaining converted warehouse spaces. It retains its original charm with a vaulted ceiling featuring exposed beams, industrial flipping steel windows, large skylights, and a concrete floor.

The facility is completely empty and offers convenient street access, opening into a spacious entry room with a recently installed large Bocci chandelier. Ample parking is available around the corner on evenings and weekends.
